Position: Production Supervisor

Report to: Operations Technical Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient and effective production processes in blown film extrusion and/or flex printing. This role involves managing a team of operators, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in blown film extrusion or flex printing.

Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.

Proficient in using computer systems for production tracking and reporting.
