A leading Contracting company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

Operation Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations department, ensuring successful execution of construction projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives to align with company goals.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of operations into projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including schedule, budget, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend the weekly/monthly meetings with project managers, with projects owner and consultants and any other meetings requested.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee employee training, development, and performance management.
• Contribute to the company's growth and profitability through effective project execution and resource management.
• He performs any other work assigned to him by the line manager and falls within the nature of his work.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management.
• Proven experience (15 – 20 years) in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building construction field, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
