A leading Factories located in KSA is seeking to recruit the Opening Vacancies:

Network Technician

The Network Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's computer network infrastructure. This includes managing network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of the network.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Perform regular backups and maintain network documentation
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on network-related issues
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Network Technician or in a similar role
• Proficient in the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs
• Familiarity with network management tools and software, such as Wireshark, PRTG, and Nagios
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
