A leading Factories located in KSA is seeking to recruit the Opening Vacancies:

PMO Project Coordinator

The PMO Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of projects by maintaining project documentation, coordinating team activities, and assisting with the implementation of project management processes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or information technology
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within a PMO or project management environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and other productivity tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work-related activities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is preferred
