A leading Paints Factory in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

Operations Manager

Location: Riyadh / Kharj Industrial Area

Reporting To: Country Group Director - KSA

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing production, logistics, warehousing, and plant administration to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations across RAR's plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily plant operations including production planning, quality, and dispatch.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Optimize raw material usage and production schedules.
• Coordinate between maintenance, QA/QC, and logistics departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of operational experience, preferably in chemical/resin/paint sectors.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in operations KPIs and ERP systems.
